Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed through the website of Adalaj Enterprises.

1. Payment Information

We accept payments through secure payment methods made available through our payment gateway, Razorpay.

Available payment methods may include:

  • Credit Cards
  • Debit Cards
  • UPI
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets
  • Other payment methods supported by Razorpay from time to time

All online payments are processed through Razorpay's secure payment infrastructure. Adalaj Enterprises does not store your card or other payment instrument details.

2. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched.

To request cancellation, please contact our customer support team with your Order ID as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, the order cannot normally be cancelled.

If a cancellation is approved before dispatch and payment has already been made, the applicable refund will be initiated to the original payment method used for the transaction.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been delivered correctly and are not damaged or defective.

However, if you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • A wrong product
  • A product materially different from what was ordered

You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order ID
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging
  • Any other information reasonably required by our customer support team

Each case will be reviewed individually.

4. Damaged Product

If the product is found to have been damaged during transit or otherwise qualifies for a replacement/refund after our review, Adalaj Enterprises may, at its discretion:

  • Replace the product; or
  • Provide an appropriate refund.

Customers should not send products back without receiving instructions from our customer support team.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, Adalaj Enterprises will initiate the refund through the applicable payment system.

For online payments made through Razorpay, the refund will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the original transaction, subject to the applicable payment provider and banking processes.

Once initiated, the time taken for the refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the customer's bank, card issuer, UPI provider or other payment service provider.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and banking/payment network.

6. Refund for Unsuccessful or Duplicate Payments

If the payment has been successfully deducted but the order has not been successfully created, please contact us with the payment/order details.

In case of a duplicate payment for the same order, the additional eligible payment may be refunded after verification.

7. Refund Amount

Where a refund is approved, the refundable amount will be determined based on the circumstances of the case and the amount actually paid for the eligible order/product.

Any applicable payment gateway fees, taxes, shipping charges or other charges will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.

8. Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds, where approved, may require additional verification and may be processed through a suitable method communicated by Adalaj Enterprises.

10. Important Note

Razorpay is the payment service provider and does not independently decide whether an order is eligible for cancellation, return or refund. Such decisions are made by Adalaj Enterprises according to this policy and applicable laws.

Adalaj Enterprises reserves the right to review refund, cancellation and replacement requests on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
